Welcome to zhiosmose™.

Throughout this document, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to zhiosmose™, a brand operated by Beijing Xingchang Technology Co., Ltd. We operate this online store and everything connected to it — product pages, images, descriptions, checkout, and customer support — collectively referred to as the "Services."

Keeping your account credentials safe is entirely your responsibility, as is everything that happens under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or lend your account to anyone else.

Our Products

We work hard to show our products as accurately as possible — but the way a wooden tray's grain appears, or a ceramic glaze catches light, can look different depending on your screen, its brightness settings, and the room you are in. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your display will match the physical piece exactly.

We also do not promise that every product will meet your personal expectations or be identical to how it appears online. Product descriptions can change at any time, without notice, at our discretion. We may discontinue any item, limit how many we sell to a single customer, or restrict availability to certain regions — all on a case-by-case basis.

Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy — not a completed purchase. We can accept or decline that offer for any reason, at our discretion. Your order is not final until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before that happens.

Please double-check your order before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may not be able to cancel or change it. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will try to reach you using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy exclusively. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use — not for commercial resale or export.

Pricing & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions can change without warning. The price you pay is the one in effect when you place your order, and it will appear in your confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

Prices online may differ from prices in physical stores or on third-party platforms. From time to time we run promotions with their own separate terms — if those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms win.

You agree to keep your purchase, payment, and account information current and accurate, and to update it promptly — including your email and card details — so we can complete transactions and reach you if needed. You confirm that your card details are correct, that you are authorized to use the card, that your card provider will honor the charges, and that you will pay what you owe at the listed prices.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates — not guarantees. We are not liable for hold-ups caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once we hand a package over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to you.

Intellectual Property

Everything on our Services — our name, logo, product names, designs, slogans, text, images, graphics, reviews, videos, audio, and the way it is all arranged — belongs to zhiosmose™, our affiliates, or our licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and abroad.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our written permission.

zhiosmose™ is powered by Shopify, which makes these Services possible. However, every sale you make in our store is directly with zhiosmose™ — not with Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any part of your transactions with us, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services you purchase. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with zhiosmose™.
